Lady Gaga Sings ‘Applause’ at MTV Video Awards (watch!)

Lady Gaga was framed in white as she opened the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night (Aug. 25), singing her new single “Applause.” He faced was all that was visible thanks to a tight shot. As the camera panned back, she revealed herself. She was wearing what could have passed as a nun’s habit. Her robes were stark white and flowing, although it’s probably safe to say it was an interpretation of a holy garment. Gaga quickly lost it as the song picked up tempo....

Lady Gaga a Chameleon in Art-Driven ‘Applause Video (watch!)

Lady Gaga ended weeks of teasing with the debut of her video for new single “Applause.” She puts on a chameleon-like performance, showing off more looks than a Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Circus, including one very freaky black swan. Gaga’s eccentric costumes have been one of her trademarks. But she goes one step further and adds and element of performance art to the video. Her looks range from a highly stylized divas to semi-bare with little or no make-up...

Miley Cyrus Plays Sexy Muse for Big Sean’s ‘Fire’ Video (watch!)

Miley Cyrus burns through at least a half-a-dozen different looks as she strikes pose after poses in rapper Big Sean’s new video for his song “Fire.” In fact, she’s all the eye-candy he needs to convey his song visually. Miley is the only subject of the video. She preens and poses, caresses herself and strips down to a lacy brazier and panties. And get this no singing… by her that is. Miley is totally a living, breathing objet d’art....
