Lady Gaga went through four costume changes while performing her hit song “Applause” to a Wizard of Oz theme on Good Morning America this morning (Sept. 9). It’s a toss-up whether she was lip-syncing the song while she dance and whipped through her wardrobe. Gaga, 27, performed live in Times Square and kicked off her act with a verse or two of “Over the Rainbow,” from the classic 1939 film....
