New York Attorney General Urged To Challenge Election in Supreme Court

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is being urged to challenge the presidential election result before the U.S. Supreme Court on the grounds that state winner-take-all rules violate the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. If successful, Hillary Clinton would be declared winner. A group called Taxpayers for Fairness has filed a petition on the site change.org, urging Schneiderman to take action on behalf of New York voters....
