Cate Blanchett won the Best Actress award for her role in Woody Allen’s film ‘Blue Jasmine.” She praised the 78-year-old writer, director and actor for casting her in the part and made no mention of Allen’s bitter fight with step-daughter Dylan Farrow, over allegations he sexually abused her as a child.
