Irina Shayk returns for Spanish shoe brand Xti to rep their 2014 Fall-Winter line.

Irina Shayk reigns as one of the world’s most sensuous models and Spanish shoe brand Xti apparently can’t get enough of her. She fronts for the latest campaign in a series of stunning poses highlighting the brand’s latest shoes.

Shayk, 28, has been the face, body and feet of the brand for the past seven years.

In the latest series of photos she shows off Xti’s 2014 fall-winter line, a mix of flats, wedges, boots and other designs.

Shayk has also had a seven-year run posing in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She made her first appearance in 2007 and appeared on the much coveted cover in 2011.

The 5-foot, 10-inch tall Russian beauty has also been dating soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo since 2010. The enduring relationship has surprised many, given Ronaldo’s previous Playboy persona.

It’s not hard to see how Irina is able to hold his attention. She’s famous for her exotic looks. Her father is a Volga Tatar, part of a Turkic ethnic group in Russia and her mother is Russian. Tatars are dark-skinned and she’s often mistaken for Brazilian.

Her breakout year came in 2007 when she replaced Ana Beatriz Barros as the face of Italian lingerie line, Intimissimi, and debuted in Sports Illustrated.
