Lily Aldridge jumped into the ranks of supermodels this year when she was featured on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She takes a victory lap in the November issue of GQ’s UK edition in a series of stunning photos.

Aldridge, 28, is one of eight Victoria’s Secret Angels, along with such well-known names as Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo and Candice Swanepoel.

She’s set to appear in the brand’s signature fashion show in New York City, which will be televised on CBS in December. She walked in her first show in 2009 and was accepted in to the elite ranks of Angels a year later. She’s appeared in every show since then.

Lily, who was born and raised in Santa Monica, Calif, kicked off her rookie appearance in Sports Illustrated this year as a cover model with Chrissy Tiegen and Nina Agdal, marking the issue’s 50th Anniversary.

In the November issue of GQ’s UK edition, she posed for photographer David Bellemere in lingerie and sweaters in an outdoor setting. Karl Plewka styled the artsy, Bohemian shoot.
