Megan Fox, who flaunted her lean, toned physique at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards, sizzles in a sexy new ad for Emporio Armani Underwear.

Fox strikes a seductive pose in a sexy lingerie. Megan, 24, is also the face of Giorgio Armani Cosmetics.

She is joined in the latest campaign with tennis ace Rafael Nadal, 24, who is currently playing in the Australian Open, the first of the 2011 Grand Slam titles.

The lanky 5’5″ brunette beauty, who’s a regular on Most Beautiful Women lists, doesn’t follow a special diet but stays skinny by not eating very much.

“I eat maybe once a day, at 10 pm,” the Megan says. “I’ll starve to death before I’ll cook for myself. I think I could survive a week without eating.”

Fox, who’s a smoker, also she hates working out.

“I’m very lazy,” she says. “I have a personal trainer who is supposed to come to my house three times a week. He does Pilates with me and I usually make it to one training session a week.”

Meanwhile, the world’s number-one-ranked tennis player showed off his rippling physique in new ads for Armani Jeans.

Nadal, who stays fit by working out at the gym in the off-season and playing tennis, follows in the footsteps of former Armani spokesmodels David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo, both soccer superstars.
