Patridge, 25, who’s set to star in her own VH1 reality tv show, says her trim body doesn’t come easy.
She does Pilates, runs, boxes and strength trains to keep her lithe 5’7″ frame in top shape.
She also swims in her backyard pool, hikes in Runyon Canyon and takes dance classes. Even when she’s watching TV at home, she’ll work in some exercise.
“When I’m sitting in front of the TV, I lift 5-pound weights or do squats,” she says. “And I wear heels when I vacuum because it works my calves and my butt.”
“Before, I was a junk food junkie,” Audrina recently confessed. “I’ve maintained my weight, but I’m really into sculpting my muscles now.”
Patridge doesn’t diet strictly, but eats tiny portions of her favorite foods. “I order whatever I want when I’m out, but I don’t eat all of it,” she has said.
In September 2010, Patridge declared she was in the best shape of her life, thanks to hours of daily dance training while competing on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” show.
“I feel more toned and more defined for sure,” Audrina gushed. “I’m really, really defining my muscles and toning up. I have so much energy!”
Patridge’s reality show, which will follow the Hills alum as she pursues a Hollywood acting career, is set to air in April 2011.
