Julia Stegner is one of the more unheralded Victoria’s Secret models, but in her home country of Germany, she’s a star. Her latest spread in the February issue of Vogue Germany suggests why. It’s beyond sensual.

Stegner models an all white wardrobe in the shoot by famed photographer Greg Kadel. The shoot is titled “Feel Free,” and Julia smolders in several topless shots, showcasing lace, leather and sheer and opaque fabrics. Her hair is tousled, thick and sexy.

Julia, a commanding 5’11” tall, has walked in every Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show since 2005. She also graced the famed Pirelli Calendar for 2005. She appeared semi-nude in that stunning shoot as well. She exudes sophistication; so much so she was hired to be he face of Mercedes Benz.

She was celebrating Oktoberfest in her hometown, when she was discovered by a Louisa von Minckwitz of Louisa Models. Prior to that, she was a child model in commercials and children’s catalogs, and trained for nine years in dance.

She landed her first modeling job at 15 for Tilla Lindig, a Munich and London based couture label. But her breakthrough came in Paris; she made her first major cover appearance for Elle magazine.

Since then, she has done editorial work and walked the runways for Hugo Boss, French fashion house Chloé and Anna Sui, Shiatzy Chen, Lanvin, Gucci, Versace and Valentino.

Julia also has been the face of Aquascutum, Guerlain KissKiss, Hugo Boss Eyewear and the perfume Femme. In 2008, she became a face of Maybelline and Gianfranco Ferré.

In 2007, the German edition of Vanity Fair named her Germany’s female over Alexandra Maria Lara, Heidi Klum and Claudia Schiffer. She’s stayed under the radar mostly because she places great value on her privacy, according to the article.

Someone once compared her to a young Nastassja Kinski, or the new Claudia Schiffer. But Stegner has a classic beauty all her own. Check out her photos!
