Eniko Mihalik may be flying below the supermodel radar, but not by much. The striking Hungarian model appears in the April issue of Vogue Germany in sizzling leather for spring and summer.

Mihalik, 24, is well-established in Europe, where high fashion magazines can’t get enough of her.

She’s appeared in i-D, V, Self Service, Vogue Japan, Numéro and Vogue Italia’s Beauty issue.

Mihalik, who is 5′ 10 1/2″ tall, is known for her amazing cheekbones, large doe eyes and all-around sex appeal. She is said to most resemble Daria Warbowy.

Like so many models, she was 15 when she was discovered while shopping. She won the Hungarian Elite Model Look in 2002 and came in fourth in the international competition, won by Ana Mihajlovic of Yugoslavia.

That kicked off her career and in 2006 she debuted on the elite runway at the fall Chanel couture show at Paris Fashion Week. From there, she walked ing Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani shows in Milan.

After getting increasing editorial recognition in 2008, her career exploded in 2009. She was a runway “it girl,” walking in more than 50 Spring/Summer shows for the likes of Shiatzy Chen, Givenchy, Blumarine, Moschino, Diane von Furstenberg and Versace.

She daringly appeared topless in the highly-regarded 2010 Pirelli calendar, photographed by Terry Richardson, and is currently listed at No. 28 on the models.com list of “Fifty Top Models.”

In her Vogue Germany shoot, titled “Wild Mild,” Mihalik channels rebel chic at the beach. Photographer Camilla Akrans was behind the lens with styling by Nicola Knels.

The shoot has been described as tough, but romantic. Eniko wears spring fashions from Céline, Givenchy and Haider Ackermann.. Check out her photos.
