Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio looks pretty in pink in a new shoot for the lingerie brand. The Brazilian model, 28, showed off a selection of pastel pieces to promote the new line and her “Secret Moments” body care range.
Victoria’s Secret has just launched its Spring 2010 lingerie and swimwear collections.
The company has assigned Rosie Huntington-Whiteley , Candice Swanepoel, Lindsay Ellingson, Erin Heatherton and Alessandra to show the line.
The swimwear collection, VS Swim 2010, also features Alessandra, Heatherton, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Candice Swanepoel and Miranda Kerr.
Ambrosio was recently dragged into the debate over model weight. Her body shape was used in an ABC news special as an example of a too-thin model. He shape was described as “pre-pubescent teen.”
The photos of her in the feature, taken, on a St. Barts beach exposed her rib cage and pelvic bones.
But the shapely model looked healthy in frilly underwear, turquoise stockings and red heels. In another shot she sprawls on a bed in a matching black lingerie set and purple heels.
Ambrosio gave birth to daughter Anja Louise in August 2008, and said she misses having the more rounded tush she gained while pregnant.
“I wish I had a bigger butt. A little bit more booty wouldn’t hurt. When I was pregnant I had a much bigger booty and I was very happy with it,” she recently told Fox News.
The new skin care range is inspired by Ambrosio’s memories growing up; The included Girls’ Night, Island Escape, At First Sight, inspired by her daughter’s birth, Room 504, and Good Day Sunshine.
