Lana Del Rey launched her second big brand deal at Musée Rodin in Paris yesterday (Sept. 27). She introduced the new Jaguar F-Type sports car at a swank coming out party that included her debut of a new song.

The tune, “Burning Desire,” purportedly inspired by the car, will be one of eight new tracks on her amped up Born to Die album, “The Paradise Edition.”

The event was the ultimate blend of music and marketing and one of two major coups for the 26-year-old singer, who has come to represent retro beauty an glamour. She’s also repping the fall and winter collection for Swedish fashion retailer H&M.

“Burning Desire” will also be used as the soundtrack for a short film starring Golden Globe nominee and Emmy Award winning actor Damian Lewis. Jaguar is creating the short in association with Ridley Scott Associates, the production arm of noted sci-fi director Ridley Scott.

The film will be shot next month in South America and released early 2013.

Del Rey helped unveil the new car, the first two-seater manufactured by Jaguar since the iconic E-type was launched 50 years ago, according to the company. The E-type design is so classic, one of the vintage cars is on display in the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

After the unveiling, she performed for guests, wearing a stunning white sun dress by Australian designer Shakuhachi, and diamond and emerald jewelry.
