Noemie Lenoir, who has modeled for Sports Illustrated and top brands like The Gap, has been rushed to the hospital after apparently attempting to take her own life with a flood of alcohol and pills.

Reports out of France say Lenoir, 30, was distraught over her wealthy Swiss boyfriend’s legal problems stemming from a sordid sex life that includes charges of having sex with an underage girl.

The model was found unconscious by a man walking his dog in a wooded area near her home in Paris and was taken to a nearby hospital.

Carl Hirschmann, 29, is reportedly being held on $375,000 bail in Zurich and is barred from leaving Switzerland. He denies the accusations.

“Her life is not in danger after this act which our sources confirm was an attempted suicide,” the AFP news agency reported.

Lenoir was until recently the face of British retailer Marks & Spencer.

She’s also fronted advertising campaigns for the GAP, Loreal, and Next and modeled for French Victoria’s Secret.

She was also featured in the music video for Usher’s single “Hey Daddy.”

She appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit addition from 2000 through 2006, according to the magazine’s web site.

Hirschmann, a Swiss millionaire whom Lenoir had been dating, is the alleged mastermind behind a sex and blackmail scandal, according to the UK’s Daily Mail.

Hirschmann allegedly videotaped sex romps with intoxicated models and then demanded money from them to keep the videos off the Internet.

He is also accused of having sex with a minor and forcing another model to commit a sex act against her will, according to the newspaper.

Lenoir reportedly has been under great stress because of the allegations, the news agency reported.

She had a child with French soccer star Claude Makelele in 2005. The two never married and broke up in 2009, but remain on good terms.
