IM Fashion: Here’s How to Get Published!

karliekloss-vogue-submissionIM Fashion loves to write about new and upcoming models and publish their photos. We welcome your submissions of new face tests, editorial work and monthly magazine spreads from anywhere in the world.

Photographers and creative artists should email to set up a feature. Also include a telephone number.

Please have the following material and info ready for your submission:

1. Images should be high resolution (900px width or above). We like a minimum of six images per feature, but will happily accommodate more. The best way to get them to us is to post them on Dropbox, We Share, Google Docs or any photo sharing site.

NOTE: You MUST own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright owner, to submit photos. Photo agency photos (i.e. Splash News, Getty) are not accepted without express written permission, or proof of copyright ownership.

2. Because we are editorial driven and not just a photo whore, we need the model(s) name, agency name, photographer(s), hair stylist, makeup stylist, wardrobe stylist, any other creative team members and a few words of background on the shoot.

3. We also need a bio of the featured model. It can be anywhere from 200 to 600 words in length, and should include vital statistics, background (i.e. hometown), how they were discovered, update on their careers and any awards, accomplishments or special mentions. If a bio is published, point us to a link where we can see it.

4. All models must be of legal age to work (16 or older) and represented by a legitimate modeling agency.
_ receives more than 200,000 unique visitors a month and covers all facets of fashion from all over the world. We like to feature models because they are so often marginalized on other sites. Just check out our stories to see what we mean.

We look forward to featuring your work.
