AnnaLynne McCord has kind of stolen the show as fetching teen Naomi Clark on the CW’s remake of “90210.” But does she have the chops to play an action hero?
In her upcoming flick, “Blood Out” she plays a tough cop, and looks the part in a new trailer.
AnnaLynne, 23, who started out as a model before switching to acting, plays tough undercover agent Anya, who falls in love with Sheriff Michael Spencer (Luke Goss) during the course of an investigation into a gang-related murder.
Spencer is forced to take off his badge to go undercover to find his brother’s killer and avenge his death.
The movie is a far cry from the Beverly Hills based 90210, where McCord plays a high school teen.
McCord, who is considered an up-and-coming Hollywood vixen has a number of steamy scenes with Goss, 42. She’s also pretty handy with a machine gun.
On the downside, she first appears in the trailer on her back with her legs up, while Gross heaves on top of her.
Whether she plays a real role in the film or just plays a meat puppet remains to be seen.
Rapper 50 Cent and veteran actor Val Kilmer also appear in the film.
Blood Out is set for release in April. Check out the trailer below.
