Natalie Portman, who wore a pair of digital panties in the last trailer for her film, “Your Highness,” is back and bare bottomed again in a new “redband” trailer.
Portman bares her backside in a tiny thong in one scene. But in the previous trailer, it was deemed to risqué for “appropriate audiences,” which is signified by a so-called “green band” in the trailer introduction.
But the movie set in medieval times and starring James Franco, Danny McBride and Zooey Deschanel is a bawdy romp full of sexually loaded jokes and cursing.
And, the latest trailer delivers the full Monte.
Eyebrows were raised in the first trailer when Portman appeared in a thong bikini beside a lake, and the trailer was quickly pulled and reissued with the fetching star wearing a digitally added bikini bottom that covered her rear.
Entertainment Weekly, which first reported the change, confirmed that the scene was altered so the Motion Picture Association Of American (MPAA) would approve the trailer for screening to “appropriate audiences.”
The film, however, currently carries an “R” rating, but whether the unaltered scene makes into the movie will remain to be seen.
Portman and Mila Kunis ignited the big screen with a lesbian love scene in their academy award winning film “Black Swan.”
Portman also did a delicate strip in a recent video feature on The New York Times Web site.
