Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and their epic Harry Potter series are now a part of film history, but this summer’s biggest film, “Deathly Hallows Part 2,” is coming out on DVD and Blu-Ray with tons of extras.

The movie was the ultimate, pitting Harry Potter against the deadly Voldemort in a final pitch battle.

It was the darkest and most action packed of the series, but also contained some of the most touching scenes, including a Grint’s and Watson’s epic kiss. They talked about their scene on the press tour.

Grint said he was filled with dread thinking about it, though by the time he was ready to shoot the film, he was down with it.

“It was actually fine. It seemed like the most unnatural thing to do, to kiss this person I’d known since she was nine,” he told Attitude magazine.

“It took a while to get into it and put our friendship aside. It’s quite full-on, a proper snog. We’re soaking wet as well – they dumped gallons of water on us and then we just went for it.

“We laughed a lot and it took us a while to concentrate. We did it about four times.”

The new DVD release will hit store shelves Nov. 11 and is expected to soar to No. 1 on the DVD charts.

But you can pre-order the release now through TheImproper at amazon.com to beat the rush. The DVD will retail for $28.98, but you can buy it now for $20.49, a savings of $8.49, or 29 percent.

Although Amazon has not released exact details of the number pre-ordered, it said it has already sold four times more at this point before the release than of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.”

The Blu-ray and DVD releases will come in seven different configurations of either Deathly Hallows Part 2 or both Deathly Hallows films on Blu-ray.

The premiere offering includes Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD combo pack, a collectible slipcase cover, and a 48-page album of photos from all eight Potter films. It is priced at $39.99.

Director David Yates talks about the scene in one of the short featurettes to be included on the DVD for the film.
