“The Human Target,” a Fox mid-season replacement, returned last night (Mar.24) with a new episode. Mark Valley starred, but guest star Grace Park stole the show — just by looking so good.
Park, 36, is best known for her role in the television movie “Battlestar Galactica” and will appear in the upcoming movie re-make of television’s “Hawaii Five-0.”
She provided “Human Target” with some sexy eye-candy as Christopher Chance (Valley) traveled to a boxing tournament to protect one of the fighters from an evil gambler.
Chance is a anti-hero in the same vein as “24’s” Jack Bauer, except Chance, mysterious assassin-turned-bodyguard, is a free-lancer while Bauer works for Uncle Sam.
Grace plays Eva, who graced Chance’s arm in the episode, but to “Battlestar Galactica” fans she’s still Boomer, Athena and various other Eights.
Park had a role in the 2007 movie “West 32nd,” a crime drama about New York City’s Korean underworld. She appeared as Lt. Sandra Telfair in Electronic Arts’ “Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars,” along with Galactica co-star, Tricia Helfer.
She most recently has had co-starring roles in the A&E series “The Cleaner” and the CBC series “The Border.”
In “Five-0,” she plays Kona Kalakua, the niece of squad member Chin Ho Kelly, played by Lost’s Daniel Dae Kim.
Park’s character is a champion surfer attending the police academy who is recruited to join the police unit run by Steve McGarrett, played by Three Rivers‘ Alex O’Loughlin. That means she’ll be spending a lot of screen time in a bikini.
