Kristen Stewart dropped in on Jay Leno after a busy few days re-shooting scenes for “Twilight Breaking Dawn, Part 2” with Robert Pattinson and the rest of the Cullen clan.
Kristen corrected a fake report in HollywoodLife that the reshoot involved kissing scenes with Rob. “We were doing just more of the hunt in the beginning,” she told Jay. “The first hunt. It’s so important. I just wanted more of it. We all wanted more of it.”
But the effort didn’t come without a price. Kristen revealed that she hurt herself during the hunt sequences.
“I didn’t have the ultimate swag though when I walked out; I hurt my foot,” she said. “I wasn’t trying to get out of wearing heels though either. That wasn’t the case.”
“A puncture wound, I promise,” she laughed.
“It was cool though,” she said of the re-shoots.
Kristen also revealed that she low-keyed her 22nd birthday a few weeks ago. “I like celebrating. I just don’t like, you know, celebrating a big me party,” she explained. “It’s not my idea of a good time.”
Kristen also talked about her experience working with kids.”Mackenzie Foy is the coolest. She’s the coolest actress I’ve ever worked with,” she said.
Foy, who turns 12 in November, plays Bella’s and Rob’s daughter Renesmee Cullen. She’s half-human, half-vampire. Her blood is warm, but she has a vampire’s strength.
But Kristen also acted kind of creeped out because she had to work with a lot of what she called “Chucky dolls” for scenes when Renesmee was smaller. “Babies with wigs,” she said.
