Bradley Cooper plays a writer who thinks he’s found his muse in foxy Zoe Saldana. But he actually finds success with another writer’s words in a new trailer showcasing the indie drama.

The film premiere at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival and was picked up by CBS Films. It has been scheduled for a Fall 2012 release.

The trailer demonstrates some hot on-screen chemistry between Cooper, 37 and Salana, 33. The two reportedly struck up a relationship during filming that appears to have cooled.

Still, they ignite as on-screen lovers as Cooper’s character Rory struggles to become a successful writer. But it what could be a deal with the devil he only gains success after he lifts another writer’s work from a different era.

Jeremy Irons also stars in the film as the other writer. His character confronts Rory over his plaigarism. Ben Barnes plays a young version of Irons’ character, who also lived a dream of becoming a writer with Olivia Wilde.

The trailer runs through Rory’s highs and lows as he struggles to become the person he always hoped to be, in a parallel story with Irons’ character.
