Carey Mulligan reveals some behind-the-scenes details from the set of “The Great Gatsby” in a new interview for UK fashion magazine AnOther.
Playwright Polly Stenham interviewed Mulligan, while photographer Craig McDean, fashion director Katie Shillingford and stylist Olivier Rizzo handled the photo shoot. Mulligan wore Prada and Miu Miu.
Mulligan, 27, who most recently starred the erotic thriller “Shame” with Michael Fassbender, said “The Great Gatsby” is “the biggest film I’ve been in. It would be quite bad if I was terrible.” That’s unlikely.

The film, an adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s 1925 novel by the same name. is being filmed in 3D and will hit theaters next year. Mulligan plays Daisy Buchanan the love interest of Jay Gatsby, played by Leonardo DiCaprio.
Tobey Maguire plays writer Nick Carraway, Amitabh Bachchan is Meyer Wolfsheim, Joel Edgerton is Tom Buchanan, and Isla Fisher plays Myrtle Wilson. Much of the movie was shot in Australia.
“The most famous person on set sets the tone for how everyone behaves. If Leonardo DiCaprio is being lovely and working really hard, then No 15 on the call sheet can’t be a dick,” she said.
