Emma Watson Wears Daring Dress to Perks NY Premiere (photos)

Emma Watson walked the red carpet in another revealing dress at the New York premiere of her new film “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” after suffering a wardrobe malfunction at the Los Angeles premiere.

Emma, 22, was radiant in a white backless dress that she wore without a bra. At certain angles the dress gapped to exposing a classic “side-boob” reveal.

The event was hosted by The Cinema Society in New York. She was joined by co-stars Adam Higenbuch, Johnny Simmons, Logan Lerman, Ezra Miller and Erin Wilhelmi.

Emma Watson’s Daring New Look

Since filming of the “Harry Potter” series ended, Watson has been taking the next step in her career deliberately. While trying to squeeze in a college education, she’s only appeared in one other small role in “My Week With Marilyn,” starring Michelle Williams.

Perks is her first film in a lead role, although it’s an ensemble picture. Emma plays Sam, part of a group of high school outcasts who take under their wing a freshman, Charlie (Lerman), who equally feels like an outsider. Charlie is trying to find himself and where he fits in.

Last night, Watson called her character a “true unique.

“I’ve never read about her before in literature; I’ve never met her in my life. She’s someone that, I was like she’s truly original and true to herself.”

Watson said she like the fact that her character was so spontaneous and such a free spirit. “I just loved her,” she gushed.
