Baz Luhrmann has just tipped his hand with a new trailer for “The Great Gatsby,” the highly stylized remake of the F. Scott Fitzgerald classic. But why would a movie set in the Roaring ’20s include a soundtrack that includes rap music and rock and roll? Luhrmann, an Australian film director, screenwriter and producer, is best known for the 1997 film “William Shakespeare’s Romeo + Juliet” with Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes and 2001′s “Moulin Rouge!” a “jukebox” musical with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor.
