Kim Kardashian isn't the only "reality" personality faking scenes. The TLC show "Toddlers & Tiaras," which features children as young as four years old, is largely staged to hype the drama. The show even creates fake pageants, according to a new report. Maxine Tinnel, a pageant organizer said much of the action is highly manipulated, choreographed and contrived. Mother-and-daughter duos chosen for their eccentricity, she told the New York Post....

Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber and other teen celebrities rapidly loading up on tattoos, but Kristen Bell takes the Hollywood fashion statement to an extreme. She does a hilarious spoof on her 214 tattoos, from Chinese symbols to (ugh) tribal bands. The parody, a new Funny or Die sketch, is based on an interview with Bell. She walks the interviewer through her many tattoos, including 72 butterflies, representing each year of Apartheid in South Africa....

Barry Glazer, a four-time Emmy winning director, has teamed up with talk-show powerhouse Regis Philbin to develop prime-time television entertainment programming that could see a return to a modern-day variety show.
