The birth was initially expected July 13, according to the palace. But Kate is still waiting to go into labor and is said to now be six days late.
As soon as the child is born it will automatically receive a royal title as well as the future crown of England, Scotland and Wales.
The royal couple are already known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and their child, depending on sex, will get a title as well.
He or she will be a true life prince, or princess, with the title “Royal Highness Prince or Princess of Cambridge. William received the Dukedom as a wedding gift from Queen Elizabeth in 2011.
Kate will give birth at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London, where William was born in 1982, according to London’s Daily Mail.
