New York Attorney General Urged To Challenge Election in Supreme Court

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is being urged to challenge the presidential election result before the U.S. Supreme Court on the grounds that state winner-take-all rules violate the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause.
