This spring has brought New York an unrecognizable Robin Williams in a beard, the creators of South Park at the helm of a musical, and scores of men in drag. Though some productions fell flat almost immediately (Wonderland, anyone?) and some are hanging on by a thread due to a few award nominations for their actors (Jerusalem), the stages are chockfull of interesting gems.
