Ariana Grande is soldiering through her Sweetener Tour, which she hopes to turn into a live album, but the singing star has been struggling.
The tour began in March and will end on December 22 in Los Angeles. She played in Jacksonville, Fla., last night and put on another energetic performance.

But she’s been complaining on social media about the effect the marathon tour is having on her health.
During one of her shows last month, she was stumbled on stage and slammed down on her knees.
A backup dancer scooped her up and got her back in position.

Grande last month told her fans she had a bad sinus condition that made her “very sick” and might force her to cancel upcoming shows on her world tour.
“My throat and head are still in so much pain,” she said in an Instagram video.
“I’m just in a lot of pain and it’s difficult to breathe during the show,” she said. “I just really don’t know what’s happening with my body right now and need to figure it out.”

“I’m scared that I might have to cancel some things, so this is kind just a heads up of like I don’t know what’s happening with my body, and I’m really disappointed and freaked out of why I can’t get better because it’s been over three weeks at this point.”
Grande canceled her Nov. 17 show at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, after warning her fans the night before about her sickness.
She went on to perform in her next scheduled show in Atlanta and then bounced back in Jacksonville.

Grande has 11 shows left. She’ll hit Columbia, SC, on Dec. 3 followed by Nashville (Dec. 5), Memphis (Dec. 7) and Dallas (Dec. 9).
From there, she’s on to Phoenix, Ariz. and then she’ll swing down the West coast, working her way south with a detour to Las Vegas.
She’s had a tough couple of years.
In 2017, she began suffering from PTSD after a bomb was detonated at her concert in Manchester, England. Grande said the experience affected her deeply and that she might not “ever know how to talk about it and not cry.”
In 2018, she and her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller broke up. He died of a drug overdose a few months later and Grande caught some flak on social media for Miller’s death.
This year, her live album has been one of her biggest projects.
The singer says that she is producing all of the vocals for the album.
“love u hello! been prepping these vocals for the live album / listening to first pass mixes & am so excited. vocal producing everything myself, johnny’s been producing all the band parts! deadline is soon so jus saying hello and love u and miss u. see u tonight, jacksonville!” Ariana tweeted.
The album to drop before Christmas.
