Priyanka Chopra, the hot Indian singer, actor and writer is crashing the National Football league like an outside linebacker. She was just named the new face of Thursday Night NFL Football.
The Bollywood beauty, 30, who is also a beauty queen, Miss India and Miss World 2000, before launching her singing and acting career, will be featured on the broadcast singing her song “In My City” featuring the Black Eyed Peas, will.i.am.
Unless you are a Bollywood aficionado, her film work may not be all that familiar.

She made her debut in the 2002 Tamil film “Thamizhan” playing the love interest of the film’s star. Her breakthrough role was in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion (2008). She played an ambitious model.
Singing, however, has always been her passion. “I love music as I grew up with it thanks to my father who loves to sing. We woke up every morning to music. I knew how to sing before I knew how to read,” she says. Her parents are both medical doctors.
She’s currently in Los Angeles filming the video for her song. “First day of the official video shoot for ‘In my city’! Eeep! Feel like a debutante!” she tweeted.
She has promised to live up to her “desi girl” tag and dance with Indian “thumkas,” according to The Hindustan Times. “Let’s show the world what thumkas are made of!! Doing it desi style,” she added.
