The American president wields the pardon power as subtly as an avalanche screaming  down a mountain.

There is good reason to believe Donald Trump will pardon or commute the sentence of Ghislaine Maxwell and that he has already received something for doing so.

If he does pardon her or release her from prison, I thought you might want to know the heinous crimes that our president would be pardoning.

Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking of minors, among many other charges, and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.

This was after a one-month jury trial in the Southern District of New York, where Maxwell, a woman of means, was represented by excellent counsel of her choice.

Many think a deal has been made between Maxwell, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and Trump to buy her silence, with the currency used being a pardon or clemency.

If Trump does anything to benefit her, he will mock our system of justice even more than he has.

There’s good reason for saying this. She reminds me of a character created by Brahm Stoker, who sucked the self respect out of her victims, one at a time.

She was convicted in Dec. 2021 by a jury. Over the one-month trial, a great deal of evidence was presented by the government.

Her defense strategy was to challenge the memory or veracity of the four women who came forward to testify against her. This defense was not successful, but it was all she had.

Here’s what the government was able to prove to a jury of her peers.

For 10 years, she assisted, facilitated and participated with Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minor girls. She recruited, groomed and abused these minor victims on Epstein’s behalf.

Some were as young as 14. She and Epstein prayed on dependent children and knew that they were minors.

She enticed minors to travel to Epstein‘s various residences in and out of the United States, knowing they would be groomed and subjected to sexual abuse both by her and by Epstein.

In her efforts to procure children for Epstein‘s sexual pleasure, she befriended her victims.

This was intentional in order to get their confidence. She took them shopping and she took them to the movies.

She appeared to be interested in their lives. And as an older woman who appeared to be OK with Epstein‘s conduct, she normalized his conduct for the girls.

As intended, her actions left these girls feeling vulnerable and susceptible to sexual abuse by Epstein. Maxwell was also present for some of the sexual encounters.

These abuses included interactions with a minor undressed and was present for sexual acts performed on them by Epstein.

Their conduct included sexual massages and group sexual massages. Maxwell sometimes participated in these activities.

Epstein and Maxwell involved sex toys in their activities with these minors, and the girls were instructed to touch Epstein while he masturbated.

Much of the touching was Epstein’s genitals. Remember some of these girls were as young as 14.

From 1994 to 2001 Maxwell and Epstein would identify vulnerable girls often from single-mother households or from difficult financial circumstances.

The idea was to find the most vulnerable minors.

At the time, this was a one-girl-at-a-time action, but later Maxwell helped to set up a recruitment network. The girls she found would recruit other girls from their schools.

They would be paid sums of money, such as $200, for their services to Epstein.

At one point, the network included dozens of girls all under the age of 18, some as young as 14. You can imagine the effect this had on their later lives.

And, there have been many recorded interviews to establish from their mouths the harm that his conduct has caused.

If Trump can issue a blanket pardon for the Jan.y 6 insurrectionists, there is no doubt he would pardon, or grant some form of clemency to, Maxwell, especially when there appears to be a quid pro quo.

Keep in mind that Epstein‘s emails released by the Democrats contradict her statements about Trump‘s involvement.

You can believe her or Epstein, but Maxwell has something to gain by lying.

No doubt he will claim that ‘’someone told him, ‘Sir, the prosecution of Maxwell was very unfair. ‘“
