FriendscastLisa Kudrow doesn’t think there will ever be a “Friends” movie.

The 45-year-old actress, who played kooky masseuse Phoebe on the hit show, believes a big screen reunion is unlikely because “everyone is busy.”

“I guess they don’t think it’s a good idea… It would be fun, but I don’t know. How? Why? Really? Everyone is busy!” said Lisa, referring to the show’s original writer-creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane.

Lisa previously admitted it would be “fun” to shoot a movie if the other main cast members wanted to.

“If there was a way to figure it out then it could happen,” she added.

Courteney Cox-Arquette, who played Monica on the show, was reportedly desperate to star in a movie version, too.

“Courteney has already spoken to a lot of the old gang and most of them are eager to do it. Courteney has seen the success of the ‘Sex and the City’ movie and is sure a ‘Friends’ movie would be even bigger,” a source said.

The six regular cast members of “Friends,” Courteney, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer and Lisa – were made into global stars by the series, which ended in 2004.

By the time of its last run they had been earning up to $1 million per episode.

The Sex and the City movie, based on the popular HBO series by the same name, did so well at the box office a sequel has been filmed and is due for release next year.

“Friends” had a huge fan base and a film would likely do well. Earlier this year, some cast members said a film was in the works. But apparently a lot of details need to be worked out first.
