Miss Arkansas Savvy Shields danced and strutted her way to the 2017 Miss America Title over 51 other contestants in Atlantic City last night (Sept. 11). Miss South Carolina, Rachel Wyatt, and Miss New York, Camille Sims, were named first and second runner-ups, respectively.
