The 24-year-old singer’s album became explosive when she released the tracklist earlier this week and revealed the duet “Nobodies Business.” A teaser of the song followed yesterday (Nov. 8). The upbeat pop-driven tune is a departure from “Diamonds,” which is more in the vein of Rihanna’s songs about love, yearning and confused emotions....

Rihanna is giving her fans a taste of her new duet with Chris Brown. A teaser audio track of the song “Nobodies Business” hit the Internet this morning (Nov. 8). It’s an upbeat R&B song and a strong statement about her personal life. Rihanna has been working at a breakneck pace to wrap up her seventh studio album in as many years. It will be released this month (Nov. 19) and is already causing a stir. The 24-year-old singer released a track list earlier this week and revealed that she and Brown would duet on the song. Rihanna reportedly tweeted the teaser clip herself, according to E! News....

Rihanna looks skyward for the inspiration for her latest song, “Diamonds (in the Sky).” It’s a love ballad with a thumping bass set against piano and synthesizers. She implores her lover to “shine bright like a diamond.” Almost every move the singer makes these days is interpreted by the trashier tabloids as some kind of gesture involving her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. It seems likely the same interpretation will be applied to this song. Although the title is also a play off The Beatles’ 1967 song “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.” The song was widely interpreted to be about the drug LSD, although The Beatles denied it. So maybe Rihanna is just singing to her blunt....
