Elon Musk once taunted Donald Trump about his Epstein ties, but Musk is also in deeper with the pedophile than he previously claimed and must testify before Congress.
Musk repeatedly denied having a close personal connection or specific involvement with Jeffrey Epstein, particularly following the most recent release of US Justice Department files.
But his name appears in the files at least one thousand times, and it’s clear now his ties are more extensive than he previously publicly claimed, according to the documents.
At least 16 emails from 2012 and 2013 show Musk inquiring about “the wildest party” on Epstein’s island and discussing travel logistics.

“Will be in the BVI/St Bart’s area over the holidays. Is there a good time to visit?” Musk asks in Dec. 2013 exchange about a planned visit to Epstein’s private island, Little St. James, in the Caribbean, where many alleged sexual assaults of minors took place.

The sex offender, who, by then, was well-known for his 2008 plea to Florida sex charges, was anxious to cultivate the relationship. “any day 1st – 8th . play it by ear if you want. always space for you,” Epstein replied.
When Musk was unable to arrange his schedule, he wrote expressing regret.
“Bad news- Unfortunately , my schedule will keep me in New York. I was really looking forward to finally spending some time together with just fun as the agenda. so i am very disappointed. Hopefully we can schedule another time in the near future,” Epstein wrote.
The exchange clearly suggests Musk was aware of the activities on the island. He talked about spending time together “with just fun on the agenda.”
Epstein’s idea of fun was partying and sexually abusing underage girls.
The relationship clearly went two ways. In a separate 2013 email, Epstein’s longtime assistant Lesley Groff confirmed plans for Epstein to have lunch at Musk’s sprawling SpaceX facility.

The exchange also revealed that Musk had been extended (but declined) an invitation to visit Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, which is now part of an investigation by state authorities.
Epstein victim Maria Farmer filed a formal criminal complaint in 1996 about being abused by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell at Zorro Ranch. The FBI never followed up and later called off a state investigation.
The ranch is alleged in Epstein documents to have been the site of other underage sexual abuse, origies and even the possibility that one or more girls are buried there.

A year earlier, in Nov. 2012, Epstein sent Musk an email revealing that the Tesla executive was on the intinerary for a visit. “how many people will you be for the heli to island,” Epstein wrote.

“Probably just Talulah and me. What day/night will be the wildest party on your island?” Musk replied, suggesting he had a clear idea of Epstein’s activities on the island.
The reference was to his former wife Talulah Riley, an English actress, author, and director known for her roles in Pride & Prejudice (2005), St. Trinian’s, Inception, and HBO’s Westworld. Riley married the billionaire twice (2010–2012 and 2013–2016). He was married with five children when they met.
Musk followed up with an email a month later, still looking forward to a party on the island. The exchange was revealing, suggesting again, that Musk was well aware of activities on Little St. James.

“Do you have any parties planned? I’ve been working to the edge of sanity this year and so, once my kids head home after Christmas, I really want to hit the party scene in St Barts or elsewhere and let loose.
The invitation is much appreciated, but a peaceful island experience is the opposite of what I’m looking for,” Musk wrote.

“Understood , I will see you on st Barth, the ratio on my island might make Talilah (sic) uncomfortable,” Epstein responded.
“Ratio is not a problem for Talulah,” Musk replied.
The reference to “ratio” was clearly to the number of young girls expected to be on the island. How much did Musk know at that point, and when did he know it?
Musk, of course, had no problem calling out Trump for his Epstein ties.
Last June, during a public feud with the Trump administration over the budget, Musk posted on his social media platform, “X,” revealing that Trump was in the then-unreleased Epstein documents.
“Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!” he taunted.
“Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out,” he added.
Trump has proved to have been deeply involved with Epstein, who died mysteriously while under arrest in a federal prison in New York City.

Thousands of documents have surfaced linking Trump and Epstein, including allegations of rape and sexual assault of underage girls.
Musk also invoked Epstein’s name in other feuds. In May, he attacked Microsoft mogul Bill Gates after Gates criticized him for cutting humanitarian aid during his DOGE federal budget rampage.
“Who does Bill Gates think he is to make comments about the welfare of children given that he frequented Jeffrey Epstein?” Musk charged.

Before the documents surfaced, Musk played down his own involvement. In a 2019 Vanity Fair magazine interview, he took umbrage at the suggestion he was close to Epstein. ‘
The article reported that Musk had introduced Epstein to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg at a Silicon Valley dinner hosted by LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, who has also surfaced as an Epstein associate.
Zuckerberg spokesman Ben LaBolt confirmed the introduction took place, but Musk heatedly denied putting the two together.
“I don’t recall introducing Epstein to anyone, as I don’t know the guy well enough to do so, Epstein is obviously a creep and Zuckerberg is not a friend of mine,” he wrote in an email response.

Musk acknowledged visiting Epstein’s New York City townhouse, also the scene of alleged sex assaults and orgies, but said it was a cursory, 30-minute visit with Riley.
“We did not see anything inappropriate at all, apart from weird art. He tried repeatedly to get me to visit his island. I declined.”
By “weird art,” Musk was obviously referring to nude images and paintings of young women and prepubescent girls that were later seized from the mansion.

As late as 2014, Musk and Epstein were still in contact. A copy of Epstein’s daily scheduld included a calendar entry:“Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?)” Musk denied making plans for the visit.
“This is false,” he wrote in response to a post that mentioned the allegations.
But Musk’s name surfaced in a 2022 lawsuit filed by the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) against JP Morgan Chase Bank. The suit alleged the bank enabled and financially benefits from Epstein’s sex trafficking of young girls.
The late financier and sex criminal had been a customer of the bank from 1998 through 2013, according to CNBC.
The USVI subpoenaed Musk to testify because of suspicion that Epstein “may have referred or attempted to refer” Musk as a client to JPMorgan, according to a court filing.

Musk was ordered to turn over any documents showing communication with JPMorgan and Epstein. He was also ordered to produce “all documents reflecting or regarding Epstein’s involvement in human trafficking and/or his procurement of girls or women for consensual sex.”
Musk called the subpoena “idiotic” and referred to Epstein as a “dumb crook,” but he evaded being served until a judge finally ordered that his companyt, Tesla, could be served in his stead.
The case was settled in 2023 for $75 million before Musk could be deposed.
Musk also denied knowning Maxwell, even though they appeared together in a photo taken during a 2014 Vanity Fair party. He insisted she “photobombed” the photo.
If anything is clear at this point, Musk misrepresented his relationship with Epstein and was privy to information that appears to shed light on the fact that he may have known about Epstein’s illict activities.
His appearance before a House committee under oath could shed light on what he knew and why he sought to coverup his relationship.
He could also provide information about others in Epstein’s circle and their relationship to the pedophile.
He must testify.
