Joanna Bonaro’s Good ‘n Screwed Eyes Neglected TV Niche, 40-Plus Women

New Yorker Joanna Bonaro wrote, produced and stars in “Good ‘n Screwed,” a half-hour series about the trials and tribulation of a woman suddenly divorced and back in the dating pool. A self-confessed “Sex And The City” fan, Bonaro has cast a perfect tale for today directed at women over 40. The cast features Robert Funaro (“The Sopranos,” “The Sinner”) and Armen Garo (“Gotham”), with Suzanne H. Smart, Warren Bub, Lori Hammel, Deborah Unger and Ernest Mingione....

Robert Pattinson gets flattened in a new trailer for “The Lost City of Z,” the action-adventure movie about the travails of real-life explorer Percy Fawcett and his sidekick Henry Costin. Charlie Hunnam does the honors as Fawcett, while Pattinson plays Costin. He becomes Fawcett’s aide de camp the hard way. The trailer depicts their first meeting on a ship bound for the Amazon and reveals some insights into each character....

Caesar could use a few lessons from Sun Tzu, who wrote the book on warfare, when a crazed military colonel goes after his tribe of intelligent apes in a new trailer for the upcoming “War for the Planet of the Apes.” The latest ape movie is the third in a series that began with the 2011 reboot of the 1968 “Planet of the Apes” original, starring Charlton Heston.
