Larissa Portnoff, a New York clinical psychologist, has added the most compelling evidence yet to the trove of allegations that Donald Trump sexually abused underage girls– allegations that demand a full Congressional investigation.
Her decision to go public with a statement on her Instagram account comes after a House Judiciary Committee report focused directly on the president’s connections with convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

The report includes information from 11 women who linked Trump to abuse and trafficking operations in the 1990s. Five individuals — Beatrice Keul, Stacey Williams, Jill Harth, Maria Farmer, Ivana Trump — directly accused him of sexual assault or rape.

Several anonymous Jane Does were also cited in the report. Portnoff revealed that she was one of those Jane Does.
She said she provided testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee, which forwarded the information to the Trump Justice Department. But no follow up ever occured.
The PhD psychologist said she decided to go public because Trump’s exploitation spanned an “inhumane” three decades of her life.
As late as September last year, she said she was still being intimidated by Trump and others to keep quiet, and wanted to send a message that such efforts “would not work.”

She said she also decided to go public to demand a formal investigation into what she characterized as “organized crime.”
The gravity of the abuse should be treated as a severe crime and a matter of safety rather than being minimized or reduced to a partisan political dispute between Democrats and Republicans, she said.
Only the Justice Department, and therefore the president, has the power to appoint a special counsel or special prosecutor to investigate. But Congress can investigate on its own, hold public hearings and subpoena witnesses.
That should be the first order of business if Democrats regain control of the House and/or the Senate.

Portnoff alleges that Trump began sexually abusing and targeting her when she was around 8 years old. The abuse worsened by age 10 and continued until she was about 12.
She claims she was targeted again later when she was 16 and 17 years old.
After turning 18, she said Trump and members of his inner circle continued inappropriate and abusive interactions.
She states that she is currently “in her 30s,” which means the childhood abuse could have taken place sometime between the late 1994 and 2008. That would place her teenage abuse between 2002 and 2013.
During this time, Trump was just relaunching his career on the reality TV show “The Apprentice,” which debuted in 2004.

Throughout the decade, Trump also co-owned the Miss Universe Organization, which included the Miss Universe, Miss USA, and Miss Teen USA pageants, in partnership with NBC.
Trump had divorced his second wife, Marla Maples, in 1999 after separating two years earlier. He was single for a short time before starting to dating third wife Melania Knauss in 1998.
They married in 2005, the same year Trump bragged on the Howard Stern Show that he often went backstage at various teen pageants to stare at the young girls in various states of undress.

“I’ll go backstage before a show, and everyone’s getting dressed and ready and everything else,” Trump told Stern. “And you know, no men are anywhere. And I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant and therefore I’m inspecting it…
“You know, they’re standing there with no clothes. ‘Is everybody okay?’ And you see these incredible-looking women, and so I sort of get away with things like that.”
Portnoff says she was contacted over the past year by someone she believes acted as a political fixer/intermediary for Trump. She describes this as a form of witness intimidation.
She directly accused Trump of being behind the visit, stating, “You have asked me to sit separately from media, you’ve made it known that you have tracked down my home address… Clearly, my sealed records as Jane Doe you have accessed somehow.
“That is criminal, that is corrupt,” she said.
She also said Trump invited her to a New York Yankees game against the Detroit Tigers on Sept 11, 2025. Trump’s attendance at the game was widely reported by major media outlets, but she said she refused to go.
His appearance marked the 24th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, making him the third sitting U.S. president to visit the stadium, according to media reports.
He was spotted at the game with Team President Randy Levine, Attorney General Pam Bondi and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin.
She said he also invited her to a private room at the Waldorf Astoria hotel, which she also refused to attend.

I, you know, I’ve tried to move forward in my life and I was one of the child victims of Donald Trump beginning when I was around eight years old and it became worse when, when I was around 10 years old. That went from 10, 11 until I was around 12 and then it finally stopped. And then I was targeted again when I was 16 and 17 years old.
I thought I was able to escape what was a pedophile ring. You know, Donald Trump very specifically targeted me repeatedly and very sexually exploitative ways. It was very clear.
He knew what he was doing. And since then, since turning 18, I have had a number of interactions that are inappropriate, abusive and constitute sexual exploitation from him and his inner circle. Over the past year, uh, I have been contacted by Donald Trump through what I believe is a political fixer.
I think it was a form of witness intimidation. I think he also tried to sexually exploit me again. He had invited me to the Yankees game and, uh, on September 11th, 2025, which I find just so completely harmful and disgusting to do something like that on, on a day like 9/11, which is a day of remembrance, you know, for, for the victims that suffered and, you know, it’s like America first, you, you, you have hurt so many children and you’re clearly a pedophile and you’re dangerous on top of it.
You know, from there, you, you invited me to meet in a private room at the Waldorf Astoria, you’ve asked me to sit separately from media. You’ve made it known that, uh, you have tracked down my home address and that my name was cleared with the White House. My name is Dr. Larissa Portnoff, clearly my sealed records, uh, as Jane Doe, you have accessed somehow and that is criminal.
It’s corrupt. You know, you have tried to destroy evidence in this case following my reports and you have, you know, no accountability here, you’re, you’re an utter coward for doing something like this to me and approaching me, approaching my friends, this, this must stop. It’s, it’s done.
I’m in my thirties now. The fact that you’ve done this to me for three decades is just inhumane. Uh, you and your inner circle.
And regardless of how people see politics, I know people, you know, are really, you know, focused on Democrat versus Republican. What this is is organized crime. This is, this is, I can say with certainty that this is organized crime and needs to be investigated.
It has to do with very powerful and dangerous individuals and it intersects with national security issues. We need to get the corruption to stop. We need to use our voices.
We need to, we need to get Donald Trump out of office. And if you think you’re going to intimidate me, Donald Trump, it’s not going to work. Whoever tried to make an attempt on my life following my report, you know, I’ve, I’ve been in touch with the Senate’s office.
You know, that they’re following up with me. The Senate Judiciary Committee recommended my reports to the attorney generals and needs to be under investigation and you know that. So your attempts to destroy evidence, your attempts to threaten me, to intimidate me, the death threats, the, the attempts on my life, I’m not afraid of you and I’m coming out more publicly because I want everyone around me to know this at this point.
I want to say thank you and I love you to my friends who have been so incredibly strong as Donald Trump has actually gone up to them or his friends have actually shown up at dinners they’re at in the Hamptons. I mean, I’ve never seen or heard of such disgusting behavior in my entire life and this escalated the last couple of years during his second term in office and starting just before his second term in office.
