Rainy weather barely discourage attendees from touring the Southampton Inn pool patio surrounded by five acres of manicured lawns and private gardens.

Executive Chef Carpenter served up a buffet of ribs with peach agave barbecue sauce, and Jamaican Chicken Sandwiches, complemented by Pineapple Mango salsa, classic burgers, fresh salads, tasty brownies and watermelon.

Claude’s Restaurant is now open for dinner daily from 5 PM to 9 PM. Summer hours for breakfast are from 7 AM to 11 AM, and lunch from 12 PM to 4 PM.
