Jason Trawick, who helped pull Britney Spears back from the brink with her dad, Jaime, has finally gotten his just reward. Britney has agreed to get engaged.

The 30-year-old pop star, who just wrapped up her Femme Fatale tour, was slammed by the proposal.

“OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo.”

Jason has reportedly organized a giant engagement party in Las Vegas, the scene of Britney’s short-lived 52-hour marriage to childhood friend Jason Alexander in January 2004.

Six months later she became engaged to her backup dancer, Kevin Federline. They married and had two children together before divorcing in 2008.

Aferward, Brit’s life spiraled downward marked by a series of bizarre events that include her shaving her head. She finally had a breakdown and her father has had her in a legal conservatorship every since.

Tarawick, who just turned 40, was her agent at the time and was handpicked by dad Jaime to help oversee her affairs.

They first started dating in early 2009 following her ruinous relationship with paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. She says she “made the first move.”

Jason has definitely provided some organization and stability in her life. He stepped down as her manager in May.

He also cleared the marriage with Jamie, who still holds all the legal strings in his daughter’s life, and agreed to sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

Tarawick sealed the deal with a Neil Lane, round three-carat diamond ring with pave diamonds on the band.

“It’s very traditional,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “He picked out something he knew she would love.”
