El Turco the East Hamptons restaurant that debuted last year, is reopening for the 2023 season.

Frank Cilione, the longtime operator of the dual restaurant and nightlife venue on Three Mile Harbor Road, and the entrepreneur and real estate investor, Cagri Kanver, are backing the restaurant again.

Executive Chef Yılmaz Güney will be on board with his signature dishes from Turkey along with an expanded Mediterranean menu. It features some unique dishes not available anywhere on the East End.

Diners can expect to see an expanded presentation that brings back last season’s notable Turkish favorites as well as many new scrumptious Mediterranean offerings.

It is also notably artistic with a showcase of installations for diners to enjoy. Guests can expect art on display creating rich Mediterranean cultural ambiance.

A new metal sculpture will immediately greet visitors upon their arrival outside while several distinctly beautiful pieces will be on display throughout the interior of the restaurant. Gokhan Avcioglu of GAD Architects will provide the breathtaking metal sculpture for the outside.

Inside, the restaurant will feature paintings by Efe Korkut Kurt and Alea Pinar Du-Pre, while Gurdal Bibo will share his photography.

The restaurant will also host live music and DJ sets Friday and Saturday evenings for the post dinner crowd.
