Kanye West, Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz are featured in a new video for the song “Mercy,” the lead single from the compilation album, Cruel Summer from West’s label GOOD Music.
Although it’s called “Mercy,” no one is begging forgiveness in the video. The song is about, what else… bling. Does Kanye know anything else?
The bling in this case is a Lamborghini Murcielago, a two-seat exotic sportscar that sells for up to $500,000, depending on the model and extras.
Kid Cudi, Mos Def and Teyana Taylor also make cameos on the minimalist video. It opens with a shot of the car on a large stage. It’s obviously the star.
Kanye comes in about halfway through the shoot to take over the rap.
The song was actually released in April and was part of West’s Good Friday giveway program. It heavily samples the dancehall song “Dust a Sound Boy” by Super Beagle.
