Billie Eilish, who burst onto the music scene as a 14-year-old with her hit “Ocean Eyes,” is about to launch her new world tour… finally!
The tour will require ticket holders to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative diagnostic test within 48 hours of the show’s start.
Masks will also be mandatory.
In some cases the requirements may exceed local mandates to attend live events.

Eilish, who just turned 20 last month, will hit the road Feb. 3 for her “Happier Than Ever” world tour in New Orleans.
She’ll play the Smothie King Center, a multi-purpose domed stadium with seating for just under 18,000 in the city’s central business district. It’s home to the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans.

Dora Jar, a 24-year-old singer songwriter by way of New York and California will be fronting for Eilish for the first four shows of the tour.
In New York, Eilish will play Feb. 12 in Buffalo, followed by a just added show at the new UBS Arena in Belmont Park on Long Island.
She’ll hit the venue, Feb. 15 followed up by two shows in New York City on Feb. 18-19. She’ll play nearby Newark, N.J. on Feb. 22.
From there she’ll swing down South, then up through the Midwest and into Canada. (See tour dates below).
Her pre-existing Gila River Arena date in Arizona on Apr. 3 has now been moved to Apr. 4.
Verified Fan registration starts now and closes on Sunday January, 30 at 11:59 pm PT.

Also announced this week, “Support + Feed,” a non-profit organization created during the pandemic by Billie’s Maggie Baird will join Billie on what she bills as an “eco-friendly global tour.” i
There will be a Billie Eilish Eco-Village introducing “THE PLEDGE,” a promise to eat at least one plant-based meal a day for 30 days.
The Eco-Village will showcase five non-profits including Support + Feed, along with local non-profits in each city that will be providing information on how to best help the climate in the healthiest ways.
Reverb, an environmental non-profit organization, will host The Billie Eilish Eco-Lounge that every ticket-holder can visit for free.
Billie Eilish’s latest critically acclaimed, chart-topping sophomore album Happier Than Ever(Darkroom/Interscope Records) was released last July.
Eilish and brother Finneas O’Connell wrote and produced the album.
Eilish said it was inspired by self-reflection during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The album is described as “a downtempo pop record, characterized by sparse, jazz-influenced, electropop arrangements set to meditative tempos.”
The album scored an 86 based on 27 reviews on metacritic.com, which tracks reviews.
The album was also Elish’s second No. 1 on album charts in the United States, with 238,000 album-equivalent units sold, the fifth largest week for an album in 2021.
