Katy Perry was No. 1 on the 100 hottest girls of 2010 list for Maxim, so it seems almost fitting that the lad magazine kicks off 2011 with Perry on the cover of its January issue.
Perry has been promoting her new album California Gurls, which was released over the summer.
Since then’s she’s become almost everyone’s sweetheart and has been making the rounds of magazine interviews and talk show appearances.
Oh yes, she also took time out to get married to UK comedian Russell Brand in an elaborate wedding in India.
She debuted her new single live at the MTV Movie Awards Sunday (June 5). It’s her sexiest single yet and featured bikini-topped dancers.

Katy said she was inspired to write a song about California after hearing Alicia Keys and Jay-Z’s tribute to New York in “Empire State of Mind.”
Katy has one of the hottest bods in music and it looks like she intends to deploy all of her assets to move the record.
In the Maxim photo shoot she is back in a tight fitting black body suit that oddly underplays her ample breasts.
Katy has never appeared fully topless, and doesn’t flash much here. But her photos are super hot nonetheless.
