Pop princess Britney Spears showed off her stuff on ABC’s “Good Morning America” this morning (Mar. 29) from her performance at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. She took the occasion to announce details of her upcoming tour.
Spears told the GMA host Robin Roberts, “I’m going on tour with Enrique Iglesias in June.”
Spears’ performance was eagerly anticipated to see if the star at 29 still had what it takes to put on a world class concert. She last performed in 2009.
The pop diva looked decidedly more plump than her last tour as she shimmy and hoofed through “Hold It Against Me,” “Big Fat Bass” and her latest single, “Till the World Ends,” all from Femme Fatale, her latest album, which drops today.

At times she appeared to be overflowing her body-hugging sexy costumes, and her dance moves were controlled and limited.
“Thank you so much for all your love and support. You guys are beautiful,” she told the audience. “I love it. I love music. It’s my world. It’s my everything.”
The concert was held Sunday before a crowd of 5,000 loyal fans. “I love you guys. I love this city,” Spears said.
Before she took the stage, a large screen television flashed scenes from various points in her career, going back to her fist big hits. The screen parted and Brit appeared in a cloud of haze.
She kicked off the concert wearing a silver sequined body-suit as she sang “Hold It Against Me.”
For her performance of “Big Fat Bass,” Spears changed costumes and surprised concertgoers by coming out of a speaker.
Wearing a black leotard with fishnet tights, she finished up her set with the song “Till The World Ends.”
Spears closed the show by climbing onto scaffolding on the stage. Then, fireworks exploded in the background, according to ABC.
Roberts and GMA co-anchor Sam Champion hosted the event. They presented Spears with a plaque from the city of San Francisco proclaiming March 27 Britney Spears day.
Roberts described the concert as “phenomenal,” saying “the energy, the people, the dancing the music, Britney — it was tremendous!”
