Selena Gomez is gearing up for the release of her solo debut studio album Stars Dance, and new photos have surfaced that will be used as part of the album promotion.
Selena, 20, smolders with sexuality in the photos, which includes a close up of her face and a shot of her trim body in a boho style dress.
Gomez has been the object of tabloid speculation over a possible new relationship with singer Austin Mahone, whom she met through her best pal Taylor Swift. But a source close to Selena tells The New York Independent that it’s nothing serious–yet.
She and Mahone along with some friends were spotted at Disneyland Wednesday (June 28) in California. Mahone, however, will be on the road for most of the summer touring with Swift.
Selena says the album will be her last for awhile. She intends to refocus on her movie career. Her latest role will be in the upcoming film “Behaving Badly” with Nat Wolff.
“‘Behaving Badly’ is about a kid who wants to get with the most beautiful girl at his school, played by Selena, and basically goes through the most messed-up, convoluted process to getting her,” Wolff told MTV News.
The movie, described by Wolf as a dark comedy includes the mafia, strippers and murder… “but it’s all funny,” he says.
Stars Dance will be released July 23 the day after her birthday (July 22). Then, she’ll hit the road in August on her tour in support of the album.
Despite her busy schedule, she also took time to make a cameo appearance in a new video for the song “Everybody Knows” by DUSTIN tAVELLA.
The video also features Danny Trejo, Marielle Jaffe, Francia Raisa, Charity Baroni, Fingazz, Baby Bash, Sammy Droke and Kim Crossman.
