  • jon-bon-joviOne of Jon Bon Jovi’s three sons, who was rushed to hospital yesterday (Dec. 20), has been released and is reported to be doing fine this morning, according to the New Jersey singer’s publicist.

So far, no reasons were given for the medical emergency, which was hampered by the region’s severe snow storm.

The singer has four children and conflicting reports said either son, Jesse, 14, Jacob, 7, or Romeo, 5, was involved in the incident. Police refused to confirm which of Jon’s sons had taken ill.

The couple also has a daughter Stephanie Rose, 16.

Emergency service officials received a telephone call from the “Everyday” singer’s home around 2:20 a.m. Sunday reporting a medical problem.

Because of a severe snowstorm, a sports utility vehicle (SUV) was rushed to the house in New Jersey instead of an ambulance. The youngster was taken to the nearby Riverview Medical Center in Redbank, NJ, according to TMZ.com

The child was released a few hours later, and his condition was reported as not serious, but the reasons behind the emergency dash remain unclear.

“They’re all home and healthy,” said Bon Jovi’s publicist Ken Sunshine.

Earlier this year, the rocker celebrated his 20th wedding anniversary to his childhood sweetheart, Dorothea Hurley.

He said: “Best investment I ever made. Trust me she is the best. I am very happy.”
