Justin Bieber has released a new song “Recovery,” that has almost a jazz sound, with refrains that seem to have an early Tracy Chapman vibe. What ever the case, it’s a more sophisticated sound for the pop singer. Bieber, 19, has been releasing songs as part of what he calls his #MusicMondays series....
