Donald Trump’s Justice Department (DOJ)  has effectively stonewalled investigations into Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophile ring, but the truth the public deserves could be one election away.

House Judiciary Committee Democrats today (Oct. 26) released an unsigned staff report laying out “the case against Donald Trump” and the “desperate efforts to cover it up.”

The report highlights new details from model and former Miss Switzerland Beatrice Keul, who alleged that Trump raped her in 1993.  The attack occurred inside a Plaza Hotel suite in Manhattan when she was 24 years old.  Trump owned the hotel at the time.

Keul. a fetching 6’1″ model, said she had met Trump at a press luncheon for the American Dream Pageant, an event in which Trump was involved through a partnership.

Trump promised to arrange her visa in the U.S. and get her into New York University through his friend Paolo Zampolli, who until recently served in Trump’s second administration, Keul told investigators.

She said she also spent at least 10 minutes talking to Epstein who bragged about organizing “many parties with Don.”

Trump reportedly invited her to a hotel suite where he “grabbed Keul from behind and forcibly raped her,” she told investigators.

She told investigators she was left “bleeding and bruising on multiple parts of her body.”

Following the incident, Keul alleges Trump made her promise she would keep quiet and repeated his promise for visa and college admission.

Former Brazilian model Amanda Ungaro, who is estranged from Zampolli, her 19-year boyfriend, has detailed Trump’s, Melania Trump’s and Zampolli’s ties to Epstein.

At least two dozen women have detailed nearly similar incidents involving Trump going back 25 years. Only one, E. Jean Carroll, took him to court for defamation after he called her a liar, and she won more than $83 million in judgments and penalties.

The key to breaking open the case once and for all will be an independent special counsel.  The review will range into Trump as well as Attorney General Todd Blanche’s handling of the matter.

The 50-page staff report cites conflicts of interest and the Justice Department’s reluctance to share evidence with state and foreign law enforcement agencies investigating the deceased pedophile.

“The women who survived Epstein deserve to be heard,” said Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., in a statement.

“Congress must have the complete files required by law, and an independent special counsel must investigate Epstein’s co-conspirators and DOJ’s cover-up and ensure that state and foreign prosecutors have the evidence they need to pursue justice.”

Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405) last November and Trump signed it into law shortly thereafter.

The law requires the DOJ to publicly release all unclassified records, flight logs, communications, and investigative files related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in a searchable, downloadable format with minimal redactions.

But the Justice Department has been far from forthcoming and is believed to be withholding as many as 3 million more documents.

The report states outright that Trump was allegedly “an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of young women in the mid-to-late 1990s.”

Committee interviews, survivor accounts and FBI records trace criminal ties among Trump, Epstein, Former Trump Envoy Paolo Zampolli and known pedophile John Casablancas in the murky world of beauty pageants in 1990s New York City, according to the report.

Five of 11 women interviewed accuse Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company or presence; others describe apparent attempts by Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell to traffic the, to Trump.

For years, Trump has denied that he engaged in any sexual misconduct with any woman connected to Jeffrey Epstein, and he has also said that he knew nothing about Epstein’s crimes.

Although Trump pledged to release everything,”the Justice Department has shut down investigations, deliberately withheld evidence and, through Todd Blanche, prevented Ghislaine Maxwell from discussing a survivor whose account implicated Trump—all while insisting there is no basis upon which to investigate Epstein’s possible accomplices.”

The report compares Trump’s statements about Epstein in recent years to hard evidence — including emails, deposition transcripts, Trump’s prior public statements, and Trump’s drawings and signatures and uncovered major inconsistencies.

“Attorney General Blanche may have engaged in criminal obstruction of justice while acting on a mission to protect Trump,” the report asserts.

The report lays out how Blanche’s meeting with Ghislaine Maxwell “potentially constituted witness tampering and obstruction of an official proceeding,” by counseling Maxwell not to discuss an Epstein victim who could implicate Trump.

The White House maintained that Trump has been “fully exonerated” by the information released so far.
