Christina Aguilera is getting out of more than her marriage to Jordan Bratman. On the heels of her divorce, the ex-couple is trying to unload their Beverly Hills mansion for $13.5 million.
The house, officially owned by the Brat Pack Family Trust, has actually been shopped around privately for the last few months, according to reports,
But the market for mansions in Beverly Hills is depressed along with the rest of Southern California real estate.
Aguilera and Bratman have barely marked up the property from the $11.5 million they paid for it in 2007, just before the real estate market crashed.

No doubt they spent tens of thousands of dollars on redecoration and will likely break even or take a small loss on the property.
On the other hand, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon, who sold them the Doheny Rd. house made a killing.
The bought it for $6.3 million in 1999, although the initially listed it at $15 million, according to real estate records.
They used the 11,571-square-foot mansion as the backdrop for their MTV reality series. Bus loads of tourists reportedly drive by the estate daily as a result.
The gated property has 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, extensive landscaping and elaborately decorated rooms.
Augilera will hardly be homeless. She owns a Steve Hermann-designed house high above the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, which she bought in 2003 for $5.5 million. It’s also recently been on the market, however.
