  • Pop star Katy Perry puts aside her neon colors, breast enhancing bras and whipped cream cans in Harper’s Bazaar to show she can be a sophisticated, femme fatale. She calls it her  “a super power woman” look, and it’s super hot.

“I have multipersonality disorder—in a very good way, of course—when it comes to my fashion choices,” she tells Harper’s, which goes with a high-glamor photo spread of the 26-year-old singer in the new issue.

Perry loves to flaunt her voluptuous curves, but she was so self-conscious as a teen that she wanted to get breast reduction surgery.

“I had really bad back problems and was a little bit thicker [when I was 13],” Perry tells the magazine. “Then I grew up and lost the baby fat and said, ‘Hey, this isn’t all that bad.'”

Katy sometimes wishes she could wear outfits that are more flattering on smaller-breasted women, but is happy with what she’s got.

“I’ll tell you about my boobs and fashion,” says Perry. “It can be hard to wear those looks” (pointing to some tight outfits) “because they’re best on people who have no curves or thighs.

“I don’t have a Kate Moss body, but I’m very proud and happy with mine.”

Katy has just released a new fragrance called Purr and will perform at the 2010 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Nov. 30.

    She promises to have fun.

“I’m kind of a good girl – and I’m not,” she laughs.

“I’m a good girl because I really believe in love, integrity, and respect. I’m a bad girl because I like to tease. I know that I have sex appeal in my deck of cards. But I like to get people thinking. That’s what the stories in my music do.

“Honey, I am the chief of my train. If critics want to hop on board, fantastic. There’s plenty of room. The KP train is fun.”

Check her out in Harper’s Bazaar.
