Pop icon Madonna has posed nude throughout her career, but the latest photos of her in the buff show a decidedly different view of the Material Girl. Say what you will, but she looks pretty damn good for her age.

Madonna, 53, could probably care less that the un-retouched photos have leaked online.

Website eatbloganddie.com published the uncensored images this morning and they already have been removed from the site.

The candid photos show her on a sofa wearing a see-through bra and a skimpy black thong. Another shot shows her topless in a mirror reflection.

They were taken at the Hotel Gloria in Rio de Janeiro during a Dec. 2008 magazine shoot.

At the time she was dating then 22-year-old Brazilian model Jesus Luz.

If anything, the photos show that Madonna didn’t have an ounce of body fat. She looks sinewy, but shapely.

And the photos are deliciously decadent, showing the reality of celebrity life instead of the fantasy.

Photos from the shoot by Steven Klein ultimately appeared in a 46-page feature in W magazine’s March 2009 issue. They’re markedly different and obviously were extensively retouched.

The article was called “Blame It On Rio” and also featured Luz, who was then 22, and also appeared naked in the shoot.

Now 53, Madonna is still going strong as a performer and is still dating men half her age.

Her latest boytoy is dancer Brahim Zabat, 24.

She is slated to perform at this year’s NFL Super Bowl during halftime at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, on Feb. 5.
